Yes, you have full control. You can pause or stop the strategy at any time with one click. Open positions will be managed according to your settings when you stop.

What is the minimum investment?

There is no minimum investment requirement. You can start with any amount on your exchange account. However, we recommend starting with an amount you are comfortable with while you familiarize yourself with the platform.

You define the universe. Strategies trade the symbols you choose on supported exchanges — Binance, OKX, and MEXC — across spot and perpetual futures. The builder and the AI assistant help you pick liquid instruments that match your design.

Your funds never leave your exchange account. We only use API keys with trade-only permissions — we cannot withdraw your funds. All API keys are encrypted with AES-256 encryption.

API keys are encrypted with AES-256 encryption at rest and never exposed in plain text. We use the minimum required permissions (trade-only) and our system undergoes regular security audits.

What happens if the server goes down?

We use automated failover, but no system can guarantee uninterrupted operation. If the platform is unreachable, your positions stay on your exchange and strategy execution pauses until service recovers.

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize all personal data within 90 days. API keys are immediately deleted and revoked. Trading history and performance data are purged according to our data retention policy. We do not retain any personally identifiable information after the deletion period.
